I suggest completing a clean uninstall of Autodesk ArtCAM 2018 from your computer, and then reinstalling it. In addition, please confirm what download method you used (Install Now, Download Now or Browser Download) when installing Autodesk ArtCAM 2018, and what method you used to install the Autodesk ArtCAM 2018.2 Update (Autodesk Desktop App or Autodesk Account). Please confirm whether you've installed the free version of Autodesk ArtCAM 2018, Autodesk ArtCAM Standard 2018 or Autodesk ArtCAM Premium 2018.
